I was born in Oliveira de Azeméis (Aveiro-Portugal) on the 10th June,1992. It was there, with my grandfather (Victor Ferreira) that the “world”of photography started playing a role in my life.

My grandfather and my grandmother (Vitória Ferreira) had two children: Lígia Ferreira (my mother) and Luís Ferreira (my uncle). Both my mother and my uncle followed the footsteps of my grandfather, setting up the 2nd generation of photographers in my family.

Past few years, I appear in the world! While I was growing up in this environment, this “world”of photography, my passion for photography was also thriving. It was in my grandfather’s family store that i realize my passion for photography.

I was a child when I had my first camera…, this machine has a story. It all happened when I found two HP cameras, from the first generation of digital camera (with 1.3px), in the trash. I looked at it, and I had an idea. I disassembled both cameras, soldered, and reused parts from one to the other. This way I got my first camera.

Meanwhile, I grew up , and had an opportunity to emigrate to Luxembourg. And it was in that country that I found new opportunities to grow and learn in the “world” of photography.
